Terms of sponsored placement

Purchased advertising

Best Boli placements are sponsored promotions. Ranking reflects eligible cumulative payment confirmed by the server from Razorpay, not product quality, identity, endorsement, safety, efficacy or expected performance.

No reserved position

Rank can change at any time. A target shown before capture is an estimate because other payments may be confirmed first. Opening or completing client checkout does not reserve a rank; only verified provider capture can update a sponsored total.

Your authority and submissions

You must have authority to promote the submitted product, brand or destination and to use its text and images. You must not submit illegal, deceptive, counterfeit, infringing, dangerous or otherwise prohibited content or make unlawful health or financial claims.

External transactions

Best Boli accepts payment only for sponsored placement. Product discovery continues to external sellers and marketplaces. Best Boli is not the product seller and does not provide product inventory, delivery, returns, warranties or seller payouts.

Traffic and moderation

Visits, rank and trending signals do not guarantee impressions, customers, revenue or conversions. We may review, reject, suspend or remove listings while retaining financial and moderation records required for reconciliation and safety.
