What is processed

We process listing and brand information, public destinations, category choices, bid amounts, submitter contact details, Razorpay order/payment/refund identifiers and states, moderation records, security and rate-limit signals, and first-party marketplace events.

What is public

Eligible listing names, descriptions, product images, destinations, categories, sponsored totals, ranks, verification badges and aggregate visit counts may be public. Contact details, internal payment identifiers, provider event data, security signals and moderation notes are not public listing data.

Payment processor

Payment is completed in Razorpay Checkout. Razorpay processes the payment method and related transaction data under its own terms and privacy notice. Best Boli receives only the provider data needed to verify, reconcile, support and refund sponsored-placement payments.

Security and retention

Payment and audit records may be retained for reconciliation, refund and dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Application logs are designed to exclude credentials, full provider payloads and raw authorization headers.
