Refund policy

Draft for review: have qualified Indian legal counsel review this policy before accepting production payments.

Sponsored placement is normally final once a payment is captured, verified and credited. Duplicate capture, operator error, unlawful listing removal or another exceptional case may be reviewed by the operator.

Provider refund

Eligible refunds are requested through Razorpay against the original captured payment. A request is not a completed refund. Best Boli records completion only after the signed refund event and provider state are independently verified by the server.

Rank adjustment

After a verified full refund, Best Boli keeps the historical payment and audit records, marks the payment refunded, deducts the eligible amount from all-time sponsored spend, and adjusts the India-day total when applicable. Totals never go below zero.

Timing

Razorpay and the payer's bank determine processing time. A refund request does not guarantee when funds appear in the payer's account.
